Compensation: $165,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Architect and implement end-to-end features for backend services and infrastructure.
• Lead high-volume workflow automation initiatives using scalable data processing and ML infrastructure.
• Design and maintain complex workflows integrating machine learning for automated tasks.
• Optimize backend performance and ensure reliability across the entire stack.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to refine product features based on feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building scalable web applications and high-volume data pipelines.
• Proven track record of integrating ML models into production environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, startup environment.
