What you will do

• Own and continuously refine investor relations strategy, equity story, and valuation narrative in partnership with the CEO and CFO.
• Serve as the primary external representative to investors and analysts, articulating strategy, financial performance, growth drivers, and long-term opportunity.
• Build and deepen relationships with current and prospective shareholders; lead proactive investor targeting and sourcing.
• Lead the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including key messages, scripts, shareholder letter content, Q&A preparation, investor materials, and post-call follow-up.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to support guidance philosophy, disclosure discipline, and consistency of external messaging.
• Monitor investor sentiment, analyst commentary, ownership trends, peer valuation frameworks, and market dynamics to inform messaging and decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, corporate finance, or related capital markets roles.
• Significant public company investor relations experience required; senior IR leadership at a publicly traded company strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of public company reporting, disclosure practices, earnings processes, and Regulation FD considerations.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to understand and influence external investor and analyst models.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate complex business and healthcare concepts with clarity.
