Salary: $110,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Support the execution and adoption of the Studio Technology Solutions Product "north star" frameworks and operating models.
• Partner with product teams to ensure alignment on roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery practices.
• Drive consistency in defining and documenting product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment to connect product initiatives with broader enterprise goals.
• Act as a connector between product, engineering, and business stakeholders to reduce ambiguity and improve execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve product processes, tooling, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• 3+ years of experience with data modeling and system architecture.
• Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA at least 4 days per week.
• Strong understanding of product management fundamentals, including roadmap planning and agile delivery.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Global Media & Entertainment industry.
• Proven experience designing and delivering Salesforce-based products.
• Awareness of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, applied to business workflows.
• Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and modern technology ecosystems like cloud platforms and APIs.
