What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical field roles such as relay technicians and power plant operators.
• Source and attract candidates through traditional and non-traditional channels including tradeschools and military recruiting.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Screen and assess candidates through phone interviews and technical evaluations.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Support the People Operations team with headcount management and new hire onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within corporate or agency environments.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging active and passive talent for technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, policies, and recruitment procedures.
• Prior experience with modern ATS platforms, preferably UKG Pro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to support various roles across the organization including trades, G&A, and engineering.

Nice to have

• Previous sourcing experience in industrial skilled trades roles.
