• Complete HNC General Engineering (Level 4) and NVQ Level 2 qualifications over two years.
• Learn technical skills for equipment maintenance under close mentorship.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Assist in fault-finding and repairing unscheduled equipment downs.
• Comply with health and safety policies and procedures within a high-performing team.

Requirements

• UK: 32 UCAS points at GCE A Level (with one pass in a related discipline) and GCSE mathematics, or a BTEC level 3 in Engineering.
• ROI: Irish Leaving Certificate equivalent to 32 UCAS points (including mathematics at C3).
• Must be over 18 years of age by September 1, 2026.
• Strong interest or experience in engineering and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
