What you will do

• Map and optimize workflows, implementing automation using Power Automate, Power BI, and other digital tools.
• Lead manufacturing and CapEx projects from concept to implementation, managing budgets, schedules, and justifications.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and waste elimination.
• Provide hands-on shop floor support to resolve production bottlenecks and improve OEE/RFT performance.
• Utilize SAP for production support, including routing changes, BOM updates, and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessments (PFMEA).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (2:1 preferred).
• 3-5 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in CAD and advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement tools and VA/VE.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Slough, UK.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in gas seal assembly and testing.
