What you will do

• Design and execute an AI-powered strategy for the company's IT ecosystem.
• Own and refine the end-to-end integration of LLMs, ensuring data integrity across the tech stack.
• Build models to evaluate prompt efficiency, latency, and token consumption.
• Measure AI feature performance using clear KPIs and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to streamline intelligent features across the customer lifecycle.
• Drive forecast accuracy and algorithmic enhancements using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Experience in software development with a focus on AI tools and LLMs.
• Must be based in or able to work from Casablanca, Morocco (hybrid schedule).
• Strong skills in API and integration management.
• Ability to evaluate and optimize AI performance (latency, token use).
