- Define and execute the product vision and strategy to align with customer needs and business goals.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize development efforts across the product line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate product objectives and requirements.
- Drive the end-to-end product development process, including testing and launch.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
- Conduct competitive analysis and implement continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Jenbacher Generators.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Ability to work from Houston, TX.
