Product Manager (Manufacturing)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Manufacturing): Managing the strategy, performance, and lifecycle of water technology product lines with an accent on profit optimization, sales growth, and brand objectives. Focus on new product development (NPD), market intelligence, and coordinating technical development across matrixed teams.

Location: Must be based in Menomonee Falls, WI (on-site at Bradley location Monday–Friday)

What you will do

• Manage the product portfolio, including value propositions, roadmaps, and full lifecycles from development through obsolescence.
• Optimize product line performance measured by orders, sales growth, profitability, and cash-flow generation.
• Analyze market needs, trends, and competitor intelligence to drive market penetration.
• Execute New Product Development (NPD) launch plans, coordinating internal resources, budgets, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement pricing and positioning recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies and lead customer training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial technical markets.
• Proven ability to lead virtual teams and operate within a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel as required to support training and field activities.
