What you will do

• Ship production-grade AI agents and automation workflows to solve business problems in Finance, Legal, and People teams.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate manual processes into reliable technical specifications.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy end-to-end solutions using Python, LLM APIs, and RAG patterns.
• Build and maintain integrations between core SaaS stacks and custom AI services.
• Instrument monitoring, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks to ensure security, compliance, and accuracy.
• Lead discovery sessions to surface requirements and produce clear technical scopes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with a track record of shipping production code.
• Hands-on expertise with modern AI tooling, including LLM APIs and agent frameworks like LangGraph.
• Strong Python proficiency with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Systems integration experience including REST APIs, SQL data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS).
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques such as prompt regression testing and human-in-the-loop review.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
