What you will do

• Learn and apply best-practice project management methods and tools across programmes, projects, and functions.
• Support Agile and waterfall project setup, project governance, maturity assessments, lessons learned, and integrated schedule planning.
• Baseline projects, identify critical path activities, and manage risks and opportunities.
• Create and maintain digital project monitoring and control processes, including data analysis and finance monitoring.
• Work with multifunctional teams to support delivery on time, within cost, and to the required quality.
• Complete rotational placements across business areas during the two-year graduate programme.

Requirements

• Recently attained a degree or equivalent in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology and Information Systems, Engineering, Manufacturing or Manufacturing Systems, Economics, or Languages with practical aspects.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Collaborative approach and interest in driving future innovation.
• Self-awareness and motivation to take ownership of professional development.
• Existing right to work in the UK or eligibility through another route is required; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available.
• Security clearance is required, or eligibility for clearance by the recognized authorities.
