What you will do

• Deploy and manage UDS environments across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and on-prem clusters.
• Develop custom UDS packages and infrastructure using Terraform and OpenTofu.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, leading onboarding and training.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and ensure SLA commitments are met.
• Analyze operational data to improve delivery strategies and process efficiency.
• Influence product roadmaps by translating customer feedback into actionable engineering insights.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer with strong Kubernetes proficiency.
• Expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including networking, RBAC, and storage.
• Hands-on experience with AWS EKS, Azure AKS, or on-prem Kubernetes (RKE2, K3s, OpenShift).
• Proficiency with Helm, GitOps, and IaC (Terraform, OpenTofu).
• DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+) required.
