What you will do

• Define and operate the internal platform as a product, focusing on developer experience and self-service capabilities.
• Architect and manage cloud environments in Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability and resilience.
• Lead the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and drive maturity in CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with Security teams to embed DevSecOps, automated security controls, and zero-trust principles.
• Leverage AI/ML for operational insights, cost optimization, and engineering productivity.
• Establish scalable, secure, and reusable integration patterns across systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and secure pipelines.

Nice to have

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert or DevOps Engineer Expert certification.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Experience with AI/ML platforms or MLOps concepts.
• Experience with FinOps practices and cloud cost governance.
