What you will do

• Design and manage GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Build and operate scalable, secure, highly available Kubernetes platforms and applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane, AWS ACK).
• Develop operational tooling with Python and Bash; manage AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, ECR) and release automation with Helm.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and work from home.
• Strong product/platform DevOps experience (not traditional infrastructure-only operations).
• Hands-on GitOps implementation experience with ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise, including troubleshooting, scaling, and production operations.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and Bash.
• Solid AWS experience (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, ECR) plus observability and IaC experience (Prometheus/Grafana, Terraform, Crossplane, AWS ACK).

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes Kustomize and Kubernetes operator patterns.
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio and Envoy.
• Experience supporting large-scale, distributed, cloud-native applications.
