What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and update support tickets with detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors.
- Support end-user devices and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process improvements.
- Act as an escalation point for 1st line teams and mentor apprentices.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack including Windows 10/11, M365, and Azure.
- Proven experience in a service desk or MSP environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Associate certification or equivalent qualification.
