What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and update support tickets with detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Support end-user devices and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process improvements.
  • Act as an escalation point for 1st line teams and mentor apprentices.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack including Windows 10/11, M365, and Azure.
  • Proven experience in a service desk or MSP environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Associate certification or equivalent qualification.
