What you will do

• Perform engineering duties for small to large-sized land development projects, including mixed-use, commercial, and residential sites.
• Develop project documents and manage scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Execute design calculations and analyze reports to determine project feasibility and cost estimates.
• Coordinate project design aspects using standard techniques and procedures.
• Communicate project development and progress to project managers and clients.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to less experienced staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 4 to 8 years of related civil engineering experience.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
• Strong communication and collaborative team skills.
