What you will do

• Create and modify electrical and electronics schematics using AutoCAD for power generation solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.
• Perform quality checks on completed schematics and maintain organized records.
• Develop accurate technical specifications and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
• Assist the IC&E team with lab equipment drawings, installation, and testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in drafting electrical or electronics schematics.
• 5+ years of industry-related experience or an associate degree in a technical field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma, skilled labor certificate, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial automation equipment and electronics test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes).
• Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) and other relevant standards.
• Experience with SolidWorks and Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories' electronics.
• Experience with Digital Multifunction Protection Relays.
