What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets from inception to completion.
• Lead and oversee project engineers, acting as a people manager by providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing communications and addressing roadblocks throughout the project life cycle.
• Implement formal change control processes to prevent scope creep and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor risks and conduct post-project evaluations to drive continuous service improvement.
• Analyze profitability metrics and resource allocation to drive overall MSP growth and department success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and PSA tools such as ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles and ITSM frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.
