Senior Product Designer (Cannabis)

Salary: $130,386 - $163,606 per year

What you will do

• Champion design thinking and collaborate with Product, Data, Research, and Engineering teams.
• Translate complex problems into actionable solutions and world-class user experiences.
• Maintain and evolve the design system across web and mobile platforms.
• Prototype and test interactions using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create comprehensive design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, and hi-fi mock-ups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional end-to-end product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing human-centered design contributions.
• Experience conducting usability tests and utilizing analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in working with and guiding design systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify used).

Nice to have

• Meaningful experience in B2C eCommerce and/or B2B SaaS.
• Knowledge of front-end coding concepts such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Design Thinking and Design Sprints.
• Passion for the cannabis industry.
