What you will do

• Perform detailed design work including the preparation of drawings, layouts, and design calculations.
• Conduct research on design concepts and techniques to enhance project outcomes.
• Execute complex computer-aided design (CAD) assignments ensuring alignment with quality standards.
• Review drawings, prepare project cost estimates, and participate in client meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, including specifications and correspondence.
• Supervise, coordinate, and review work for less experienced staff members.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of expertise in drafting and design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
• Experience in grading, surface creation, analysis, and utility design.
• Associate’s degree in drafting or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to contribute effectively to a team.
• Ability to work in all types of terrain and weather conditions on project sites.
