What you will do

  • Lead the Brazilian affiliate team to deliver on business objectives and align with company goals.
  • Develop and own the affiliate operating framework, including campaign management and process optimization.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members through regular performance reviews and support.
  • Deliver accurate reporting on campaign performance and team progress to stakeholders.
  • Establish cross-departmental collaboration workflows with social and CRM teams.
  • Manage day-to-day engagement with partners and identify new traffic source opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams to hit targets and drive growth.
  • Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (written and spoken).
  • Strong data analysis skills, proficient with Excel and AI tools.
  • Experience managing an affiliate pipeline and chasing new partnerships.
  • Must be based in Melbourne, Australia for full-time onsite work.

Nice to have

  • Background working in competitive industries such as crypto or iGaming.
  • Direct experience in affiliate recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Openness to working across global time zones when necessary.
