What you will do

• Drive execution of highest-priority initiatives, including product launches, GTM programs, and strategic partnerships.
• Align priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams to accelerate project speed.
• Develop structured execution plans with defined milestones, owners, and decision points from ambiguous goals.
• Establish operating mechanisms such as dashboards, QBRs, and decision frameworks to help the organization scale.
• Synthesize technical and business complexity into concise, executive-ready communications and recommendations.
• Identify risks and remove blockers to ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, consulting, or as a Chief of Staff.
• Proven ability to create structure and execution plans from loosely defined problems.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to distill technical topics into decision-ready documents.
• Experience working with technical products, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
