What you will do

• Partner with strategic customers to identify high-leverage ML opportunities and resolve product gaps.
• Implement production-grade ML solutions tailored to specific customer domains and data landscapes.
• Lead the design and implementation of adaptive ML systems within varied production environments.
• Manage the full lifecycle from discovery through deployment, owning the technical outcome.
• Create compelling demos and deliver technical presentations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning, applied research, or systems-level AI engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proficiency in software engineering and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of data modeling for training and curation's impact on model performance.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical complexity into business value.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in San Francisco or Singapore

Nice to have

• Experience with online learning, reinforcement learning, or efficient ML architectures.
• Experience in training or fine-tuning models using human feedback (RLHF) or other adaptive learning techniques.
