What you will do

• Build core ML systems powering proactive AI products.
• Own end-to-end work: data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration.
• Turn research ideas into reliable production systems.
• Debug model failures and issues using production signals.
• Iterate quickly by shipping, measuring, refining, and repeating.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams for user impact.
• Mentor other ML engineers through example and judgment.

Requirements

• Built and shipped ML systems used by real users.
• Deep understanding of modern ML models in production, including misbehaviors.
• Strong production-quality code and systems thinking.
• Ownership, independence, fast learning, clear communication.
• Experience with Python, PyTorch/JAX, GPU-based training/inference.
