What you will do

• Prepare standard and bespoke facility, security, and auxiliary documentation based on credit approvals and internal policies.
• Manage the status of issued documentation and track their return from stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal legal, product, and custodian teams, as well as external solicitors and valuers.
• Perform checks on returned documents to validate the fulfillment of conditions precedent and perfection of collaterals.
• Review legal opinions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist with projects, UAT, and the enhancement of internal systems and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit documentation.
• Graduate degree in banking or finance (preferred).
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Experience in private banking documentation.
• Experience in the documentation of property and/or life insurance financing.
