What you will do

• Analyze weekly financial outlooks and actual results, providing variance analysis and mitigation actions.
• Perform quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes in alignment with business partners.
• Organize month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate and execute inventory costing and fixed asset management activities.
• Monitor operational spending to identify cost risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Drive finance process improvements using software, automation, and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be based in Singapore (Woodlands).
• At least 2 years of accounting and/or finance experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong analytical aptitude are welcome.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
