What you will do

• Act as the local representative of the global CFO Office and liaison between international finance hubs.
• Support the Regional CFO Asia with communication, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis for FTE, GE, and PE metrics to drive corrective actions.
• Oversee HR-Finance interfaces including overtime monitoring and holiday consumption.
• Contribute to the maintenance of internal risk and control frameworks and audit issue tracking.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, Risk, IT, and Operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial services, strategic consulting, or business management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop data-driven solutions.
• Proven track record in project and stakeholder management under pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• English proficiency required; German language skills are a plus.
