What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Support, Sales) to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
• Build, test, and deploy production-ready AI applications and prototypes using state-of-the-art technologies.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, including intelligent document processing and multi-agent solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, ITSM, and finance applications.
• Contribute to the development of reusable AI components, tools, and internal best practices.
• Ensure AI solutions align with governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

Requirements

• Academic background in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and GenAI.
• Experience developing production-level solutions using Python and working with APIs or data pipelines.
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and modern AI development tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
