What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate AI models into existing products and systems.
• Develop and maintain large-scale applications using Java, Python, and OpenShift containers.
• Lead, test, and implement system components, tools, and analytics to manage complex business functions.
• Mentor junior software engineers and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency for supported systems.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on W-2 contract only (No C2C or 1099).
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews in Charlotte, NC.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in Python and Java.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM-based applications.
• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Proficiency with SDLC and Agile tools including Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Knowledge of Langchain and Langraph.
• Expertise in RAG design, vector stores, and embedding strategies.
• Experience with JavaScript and React.
• Certification in AI or machine learning.
