What you will do

• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Design, build, and maintain applications on the hirify.global platform, primarily focusing on FCR.
• Partner with Product Owners and finance stakeholders to capture consolidation, reporting, and disclosure needs.
• Own the quality, reliability, and data integrity of delivered technical solutions.
• Support adjacent areas such as Lease Accounting and Tax Reporting to ensure platform consistency.
• Document solution design, data flows, and configurations to support audits and future development.

Requirements

• Significant experience building applications on the hirify.global platform, including data models, procedures, and reporting layers.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
• Background in finance and accounting, either through a degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Lease Accounting standards (IFRS 16 / ASC 842) and their system implications.
• Experience working in a consulting or solution-delivery environment.
• Proven ability to bridge communication between technical teams and finance stakeholders.
