Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (ERP): Leading the design and delivery of high-quality Dynamics 365 Finance and Human Resources solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients with an accent on business transformation and process optimization. Focus on managing full-lifecycle implementations, conducting fit-gap assessments, and aligning hire-to-retire processes with core financial workflows.

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom (occasional visits to Cardiff office and customer sites required)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 F&SCM, specifically focusing on Finance and HCM modules.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and analyze business requirements and conduct fit-gap assessments.
• Configure standard D365 functionality and collaborate with technical teams on extensions and solution architecture.
• Produce high-quality functional documentation, including FDDs, process maps, and training materials.
• Manage data migration strategies and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live support.
• Provide pre-sales support and mentor junior consultants to develop team capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong F&SCM delivery experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of Finance and Human Resources (HCM) processes.
• Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, specifically MB-300 and MB-310.
• Experience within Professional Services, Legal, or project-based industries.
• Experience working in multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany environments.
