What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) solutions across global entities.
• Drive implementation of key S/4HANA capabilities, including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Margin Analysis, and Group Reporting.
• Define and deliver functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces (APIs/BAPIs), and Fiori applications.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and PS.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including IFRS compliance, entity harmonization, and accelerated close cycles.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to business users.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 3+ years specifically on SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Proven experience delivering S/4HANA Finance implementations (greenfield, brownfield, or system conversions).
• Strong functional expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
• Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP and tax regulations.
• Experience designing functional specifications and validating test scenarios.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Kinston, NC, USA.
