Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 USD (US) or $150,000 – $170,000 CAD (Toronto).

What you will do

• Conduct discovery sessions to map client planning processes to Pigment capabilities.
• Design and configure Pigment-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
• Lead strategic engagements for high-value accounts with complex multi-entity requirements.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to support pre-sales and implementation efforts.
• Develop functional and technical specifications and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Mentor junior consultants to ensure knowledge transfer and professional growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 5-7+ years of experience in consulting or FP&A transformation.
• Proven experience delivering Pigment implementations or other EPM platforms like Anaplan, Oracle, or SAP BPC.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Ability to lead client engagements and manage delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a technology-related field.
