Salary: $123,000 — $154,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive the vision and roadmap for the Pipelines & Automation (PnA) team within the Engineering Platform.
  • Lead the CI modernization initiative, including SaaS CI platform onboarding and migration planning.
  • Champion the adoption of CD pipelines, including canary analysis and automated rollbacks.
  • Define the product direction for quality gates, contract testing, and test automation frameworks.
  • Identify and implement AI and agentic workflows to improve pipeline reliability and developer feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Data Engineering, and Data Science.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Concourse, or Jenkins.
  • Understanding of pipeline-as-code, declarative configuration, and progressive delivery patterns.
  • Knowledge of software quality automation best practices, including quality gates and contract testing.
  • Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and delivering executive presentations.
  • Ability to operate independently in a highly cross-functional or matrixed environment.
