What you will do
- Architect the product backlog by defining features and crafting precise user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Govern the end-to-end release lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and platform stability.
- Optimize systems and workflows by identifying architectural bottlenecks and using data-driven metrics to improve cycle time.
- Bridge product vision and system design, ensuring alignment with scalable, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures.
- Lead technical iteration planning and champion engineering rigor through TDD and automated testing strategies.
- Contribute to the internal TPM and engineering community by mentoring others and evolving Lean-Agile practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading product or development teams with deep expertise in backlog ownership and iteration planning.
- 6+ years of experience with B2B integrations, specifically utilizing Web Services and REST APIs.
- 4+ years of success within Agile or Extreme Programming (XP) environments as a TPM, Product Owner, or Software Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Native ecosystems and designing large-scale, event-driven architectures.
- Proven mastery of Lean Product Design and Lean Software Development principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making across all organizational levels.
