TL;DR
Technical Product Owner (AI/Cloud): Defining and delivering technically complex initiatives across AI-enabled platforms, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and secure enterprise systems with an accent on technical requirements, prioritised backlogs, and agile delivery. Focus on integrating AI capabilities, managing platform and infrastructure dependencies, and ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and governance.
Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Define, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for AI, platform, and cloud initiatives.
- Translate stakeholder and customer needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlog items.
- Own and manage the product backlog in Jira, ensuring stories are clear, groomed, and delivery-ready.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, platform, cloud, and DevOps teams throughout the sprint lifecycle.
- Support AI-enabled capabilities involving data access, model integration, observability, and governance.
- Drive delivery decisions and continuous improvement while maintaining product quality, scalability, reliability, and security.
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar delivery-focused role.
- Practical experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependency management.
- Proven experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery coordination.
- Experience working with engineering-led, platform, system-centric, or infrastructure-focused technology environments.
- Understanding of AI-enabled products, data platforms, cloud environments, deployments, networking, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic understanding of application security, access control, data protection, compliance, and governance requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure; GCP experience is desirable.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, model integration, AI governance, observability, Harness, internal developer platforms, or platform products.
