What you will do

• Own and scale physical security operations for the Kenilworth facility as the site grows.
• Manage the on-site contract guard force, including staffing, scheduling, and vendor performance oversight.
• Administer access control policies and oversee electronic security systems including VMS, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Develop and maintain site-specific security plans, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.
• Lead investigations into security incidents and conduct routine risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Serve as the primary site security contact for customer security requirements, audits, and visits.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in physical security, with 3+ years leading operations at a standalone facility or data center.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Kenilworth, NJ.
• Proven experience managing contract guard force programs and vendor oversight.
• Strong working knowledge of electronic security systems and incident response technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate security.
• Professional security certifications such as PSP, CPP, or CPTED.
• Experience with platforms such as Genetec, LenelS2, Axis, or Milestone.
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
