Data Center Security Assurance Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, New York, or Seattle

Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Conduct onsite readiness assessments across owned and colocation data centers.
• Map customer and contractual security requirements against existing site controls.
• Produce precise, evidence-based audit reports and track remediation progress.
• Serve as the on-site physical security subject matter expert during customer audits.
• Maintain a comprehensive, audit-ready site-level evidence library.
• Partner with the VP of Physical Security to improve security policies and standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in physical security within data center or critical infrastructure environments.
• Proven expertise in conducting structured security assessments and risk rating.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, visitor management, and environmental monitoring.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST 800-53 frameworks.
• Ability to travel regularly to data centers and colocation sites.
• Experience participating in customer audits as an auditor or auditee.

Nice to have

• Background in colocation or hyperscale data center environments.
• Familiarity with access control platforms and intrusion detection systems.
• ASIS certifications such as CPP or PSP.
