Salary: $234.4K – $385K + equity

What you will do

• Design and implement security controls for data center infrastructure, focusing on OT and IT networking.
• Partner with security specialists, engineering, and operations teams for resilient security outcomes.
• Secure OT/IT environments via segmentation, access control, monitoring, and hardening.
• Conduct security architecture reviews, audits, and control validations across environments.
• Drive evidence collection, gap remediation, and define security standards for programs.
• Support monitoring, incident response, and risk evaluation of third-party dependencies.

Requirements

• 15+ years in security, with hands-on experience securing large-scale infrastructure or data centers.
• Deep expertise in OT/IT networking security in critical infrastructure (segmentation, remote access, asset visibility).
• Experience building audit/assurance programs for ongoing compliance in OT/IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of network security, IAM/PAM, hardening, monitoring, and incident response.
• Experience with hyperscale/colocation infrastructure and frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2.
• High-ownership individual contributor with clear communication skills.
