What you will do

• Lead a team of security engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and engineering excellence.
• Own the holistic security roadmap, balancing proactive projects with security operations.
• Perform hands-on alert triage, incident response, and detection engineering.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to implement security-by-design.
• Manage CorpSec/IT functions, including onboarding, endpoint security, and compliance.
• Lead the secure adoption of AI across the organization and product.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an individual contributor in security or infrastructure engineering.
• Track record of successfully transitioning into engineering management.
• Deep technical fluency in at least one security domain (Detection, AppSec, or InfraSec).
• Ability to contribute technically to code or design reviews.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex security strategy across organizational boundaries.
• Startup agility with a low-ego, hands-on execution mindset.
