What you will do

• Lead the transition of the GSOC from traditional monitoring to a proactive, AI-enabled hub of actionable intelligence.
• Define and maintain global standards, compliance, and KPIs to elevate regional security performance.
• Act as the primary liaison between Physical Security, IT, HR, and Legal to harmonize incident response and business continuity.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize staffing, vendor performance, and technology ROI.
• Manage and mentor diverse teams across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a leadership role within a global SOC or high-volume corporate security environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets, SLAs, and vendor performance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across multiple time zones.
• Technical fluency in physical security systems such as access control, video surveillance, and case management.

Nice to have

• Advanced certification such as CPP, PSP, or PMP.
• Technical fluency in systems integration, including API workflows and security automation platforms.
• Experience scaling a security program during organizational growth.
