What you will do
- Design and operate the VoC/VoS intelligence system connecting conversational, field sentiment, customer-direct, and behavioral signal sources.
- Develop and publish recurring intelligence artifacts including weekly theme briefs and quarterly scorecards for executive leadership.
- Deploy AI agents and simulations to rapidly test and validate new selling motions and GTM hypotheses before full-scale execution.
- Partner with Product teams to close the loop between customer signal and shipped features, measuring their impact on key metrics.
- Embed intelligence outputs into sales operating cadences such as SteerCo and PRD reviews to drive actionable insights.
- Leverage AI tools and LLMs to automate synthesis, tagging, and routing of signal across large volumes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer insights, sales intelligence, revenue operations, or strategy.
- Proven experience designing multi-source insight systems and operationalizing the architecture for signal routing.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered workflows or agentic systems using LLM-based tools.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into executive-ready narratives.
- Ability to build operating rhythms from scratch, including recurring artifacts and accountability structures.
- Must be located in or be able to work from Mountain View, CA; Atlanta, GA; or Frisco, TX
Nice to have
- Management consulting background.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or SMB software markets.
- Familiarity with Gong, Salesforce, NPS platforms, or behavioral telemetry systems.
