What you will do

• Define and own the strategy and technical architecture for the competitive intelligence program.
• Design and maintain data infrastructure for ingestion, enrichment, and analysis using AI-first tools.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to build data synthesis frameworks for product and go-to-market teams.
• Document and steward program playbooks for sourcing, structuring, and analyzing market data.
• Identify and route actionable intelligence to internal stakeholders with clear business recommendations.
• Mentor the team on intelligence tradecraft and AI-assisted research methods.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or strategy, with significant B2B SaaS background.
• Proven program ownership and ability to manage workstreams end-to-end for senior leadership.
• Advanced data skills including proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy).
• Practiced fluency with AI tools and large language models in daily workflows.
• Demonstrated track record of designing data pipelines and analytical frameworks from scratch.
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with legal tech, fintech, or private capital software markets.
• Background in business intelligence, data visualization, or dashboard development.
• Exposure to CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot) or go-to-market analytics.
• MBA degree.
