What you will do

• Execute the Chamber’s strategic vision and long-term priorities in partnership with the Board of Directors.
• Drive revenue and membership growth through recruitment, sponsorships, and investor relations.
• Lead regional economic development efforts to support business growth and attract new investment.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary spokesperson and advocate with government, media, and community leaders.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive organizational culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of executive leadership experience within a chamber of commerce, municipal government, or similar membership organization.
• Expertise in nonprofit governance, Texas economic development programs, and public-private partnerships.
• Proven track record of managing complex budgets and government contracts.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to pass background, credit, and drug screenings.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Humble, Texas.
