What you will do

• Support a client book of business with a focus on CRM and problem solving.
• Develop and monitor strategic plans for Traditional Employment clients to ensure delivery.
• Conduct utilization reviews to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Train customers on product offerings and handle minor training issues.
• Triage software requests and escalate issues to appropriate departments.
• Collect and document customer feedback and feature requests for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (required), Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• 2-3 years of B2B business operations or customer service/relationship management experience.
• Strong commitment to team environment and client focus.
• Working knowledge of business drivers for small businesses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
