What you will do

• Manage day-to-day service operations for DME programs and provide instruction on the appropriate use of products.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and collection of patient responsibility.
• Perform routine evaluation of clinic needs and collaborate with sales teams to optimize DME inventory performance.
• Travel within the designated territory to monitor inventory levels and resolve ordering problems.
• Act as a primary liaison between the customer, the company, and the sales team.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, OIG, and government healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in orthopedics, physical therapy, or athletic training.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Professional credentials such as active Athletic Training licensure, BOC, CFo, or PTA.
• Demonstrated experience with the application of soft goods and functional bracing.
• Previous experience with inventory management programs or EMRs.
• Valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.

Nice to have
