Field Marketing Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and execute field marketing programs covering conferences, trade shows, panels, roundtables, executive experiences, dinners, partner events, product launches, and employer branding.
• Build a complementary virtual event program with webinars and online activations.
• Manage event logistics, including vendors, budgets, attendees, and on-site execution.
• Implement lead capture and post-event follow-up processes to improve event ROI.
• Partner with sales, product, and senior stakeholders on major initiatives.
• Report on event performance and maintain consistent brand presentation across all activations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, institutional finance, fintech, or AI is preferred.
• Proven ability to plan and execute both in-person and virtual events that generate pipeline and brand awareness.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt between rapid-response event execution and planning company-hosted events from concept through delivery.
• Comfort working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
