What you will do

• Lead corporate treasury functions, managing liquidity, debt facilities, and global intercompany transactions.
• Develop and scale long-term cash flow forecasting models for domestic and international operations.
• Manage strategic relationships with banks and external rating agencies to optimize funding terms.
• Execute interest rate hedging and monitor foreign currency (FX) exposure to mitigate risks.
• Oversee intercompany settlements, transfer pricing, and KYC compliance.
• Optimize Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and banking portals to automate processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA highly preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury or corporate finance.
• Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing finance teams.
• Deep expertise in cash management, international banking, and hedging strategies.
• Professional designation such as CTP or CCT is highly preferred.
