What you will do

• Manage global banking infrastructure, cash positioning, and international cash pooling structures.
• Develop predictive, driver-based cash forecasting models to replace historical reporting.
• Identify and mitigate global FX exposures through derivative hedging strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for credit rating agencies and monitor capital structure metrics.
• Oversee financial workflows for global equity and employee stock purchase plans.
• Manage the corporate global insurance portfolio and lead annual renewal negotiations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near the Dallas/Ft Worth Metro Area.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, FX derivative instruments, and risk modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERPs (Oracle or SAP), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SQL).
• Proven track record of managing multi-currency cash flows and corporate hedging programs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-treasury executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
