What you will do

• Process Global Payroll (GP) and EOR payrolls, ensuring accurate and compliant calculations, filings, and reports.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data within the hirify.global platform and internal software systems.
• Manage the Zendesk ticket queue to provide professional support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payroll vendors to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Continuously improve payroll processes and stay updated with internal projects and industry changes.
• Ensure full data integrity across all payroll systems and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with payroll for Argentina, Mexico, and/or Chile.
• Solid knowledge of payroll best practices and local compliance requirements.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with in-house payroll processing and Social Security filings.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Customer-facing experience guiding clients through local payroll processes.
